Hair Spray?

I style my long hair with big curls at the bottom or sometimes just wave, sometimes flipped up a bit, like I said my hair is long (past my shoulders). I want a hair spray that holds what I do but still allows it to move a bit. I want a all day hold just not glue. What hair spray do you suggest?
